Binary package hint: ureadahead

The patch "0001-trace-add-trace-events-for-open-exec-an.patch" cannot be applied to current kernels, please update it.

Patch cannot be applied to kernel releases >= 2.6.36, please update it.

And maybe it could be useful to add a readme to package sources explaining what kernel options must be enabled to allow ureadahead to work.

As far as I can tell the patch does not need any work, it's just about moving changes around a bit. I'll attach an updated patch that cleanly applies to 2.6.39.
