[ Matija Nalis ]
* New upstream release. Requires new uqm.
* Use upstream .uqm files directly to be more compatible with addons;
do not unpack them as it requires problematic patches and saves only
very little bandwidth
* As we no longer unpack/repack .uqm files, we no longer depend on cdbs
and unzip

* Adopt the package for the games team.
* Drop obsolete Conflicts.
* Bump debian/watch to version 4.
* Rewrite debian/copyright in machine-readable format.
