Binary package hint: uptimed
During suspend my laptop (/ ext4 filesystem) system hangs and after manul poweroff and start again the machine uptimed records all completly losts.

Same on my server using ext4 on Ubuntu 10.04 (Kernel 2.6.32-24-generic) when I had to plug off the power cable.
Uptimed should use the backup /var/spool/ uptimed/ records. old and not start from scratch. uptimed/ records and /var/spool/ uptimed/ records. old always open or just when updating (every 600 secs on my machine)?
