Error while installing upstart with Synaptic

I tried to upgrade `ubuntu-minimal' package with Synaptic, but it failed to install `upstart.'

Synaptic gives me this error message:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/upstart-compat-sysv_0.2.1-7_i386.deb: trying to overwrite `/sbin/runlevel', which is also in package sysvinit

I attached Synaptic terminal output and how I repaired my install with `apt-get'.

     that it's triggered properly. Ubuntu: #59398.
