Bug Description

STEPS to reproduce
1. Open the system settings and try to change the background image, this process will take you to the gallery app and not let you set the background image
2. Navigate away from the gallery app and go back to your system-settings app
3. Try again stubbornly to change the background image
-- The system will open a new gallery app image (see attached picture)

Thanks, I guess that's more an issue with content-hub than with the settings ... Ken, could you comment?

This is an issue with upstart-app-launcher, which doesn't provide a way to raise an existing instance of a running app.

With 20131003, I cannot reproduce this defect but another - buggy - behaviour.
On step 3, instead of opening another instance of Gallery app, nothing happens when I tap the picture on system settings to change the background i.e no new gallery but it doesn't switch to gallery either.

Can you confirm this change or you still have the same bug.

For me with 20131003 it still opens another instance.

I don't think it's something system-settings can solve.
