Bug Description
Occasionally I get a small window with some unspecified text along the lines of "A system error occured" together with two buttons, "Ignore" and "Report". Neither of these buttons does something noticeable, much less there is some indication on what the problem might be. So I investigated myself and found this in /var/log/syslog:
Nov 4 17:26:17 (machine name) systemd[1]: upower.service: Main process exited, code=dumped, status=6/ABRT
Nov 4 17:26:17 (machine name) systemd[1]: upower.service: Unit entered failed state.
Nov 4 17:26:17 (machine name) systemd[1]: upower.service: Failed with result 'core-dump'.
Nov 4 17:26:17 (machine name) systemd[1]: upower.service: Service hold-off time over, scheduling restart.
This is a pure desktop, so I guess a battery loading service has no business here. It's running Ubuntu 15.10 AMD64, installed in about 2010 and updated for each release since then. Except for this occasional error report (1 or 2 daily), the machine apparently works fine.
