Bug Description

╭─quintasan@frelia ~ ‹ruby-2.1.1›
╰─$ upower --dump
Daemon:
  daemon-version: 0.9.23
  can-suspend: no
  can-hibernate: no
  on-battery: no
  on-low-battery: no
  lid-is-closed: no
  lid-is-present: no
  is-docked: no

So apparently my laptop has no lid nor battery and can't suspend nor hibernate. I am sure it worked in 13.10 so I would call this a regression.
