Binary package hint: update-notifier

Dear friends,

Since the jaunty upgrade I do not get notified of available package upgrades.

I will create a new user and check with him.

Checking this with a newly created user with administrative privileges shows that he also doesn't get notified of available package upgrades while there actually are!

Thank you for your bug report. That is a feature, not a bug, and has already been reported.
