Four messages should be singular/plural forms

These four messages in update-notifier:
%i package can be updated.
%i packages can be updated.

and

%i update is a security update.
%i updates are security updates.

should be singular/plural forms instead of four different messages, in Arabic (as an example) we have six forms of singular/plural, translation would be broken.
