Bug Description
I installed Alpha 3 ubuntu 9.04 amd64. I booted up and then did a full update to the latest packages in the 9.04 repository. After the update finished, the blue arrow circle shows informing me that I need to reboot. I click it. A dialog box pops up asking me if I want to restart. I click yes and the dialog box goes away but I am not logged out and no restart occurs. Package update as of 8:10 am EST Jan 20, 2009.
