Bug Description

I started my computer, a notification showed up telling me that there are updated packages etc, etc. I clicked the tray icon, not the notification, after couple of seconds Update Manager window appeared but the notification was still there for about half a minute. I'd expect it to go away the moment I click the tray icon or at least when Update Manager appears.

Rejecting upstream tasks for update-manager and update-notifier.

Setting Ubuntu tasks for both as incomplete.

Setting the update-manager task to Invalid, as there's nothing to do to fix this in UpdateManager, this has to be fixed in update-notifier.
