Bug Description
I recently inserted my Hoary Array 5 Live CD on my laptop Hoary install, and I
noticed that it asked
me if I wanted to upgrade the installed system. In the future, this should not
show up when a live CD, or a CD containing the current version of Ubuntu
installed, is inserted.

This is fixed with 0.38.8. Please reopen if you notice any more wrong detections
(either a live-cd that is detected as install-cd or a install-cd that is not
detected).
Please note that update-notifier will not prompt for a CD that was already
scanned by synaptic/apt.
