upgrade-notifier -> update-notifier issue

"Aucun fichier ou répertoire de ce type" == "No such file or directory"

Please run "sudo dpkg -P upgrade-notifier" (this will remove the configuration
file from upgrade-notifier that causes this problem)

Yes, that's why I kept the bug open :)
I added a preinst that checks for unmodified 99upgrade-notifier files
and removes them. Should be fixed with: update-notifier 0.37.3

no such file, but in fact the bug seems to be fixed now, the issue was perhaps
just still here during the update-notifier update.
