Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-motd
I have an empty file ~/.hushlogin, which used to quiet all motd output.
Since update-motd was installed (during an update of my karmic machine), I get long "landscape" statistics.
Please make it respect ~/.hushlogin (or whatever it's called on the system; see login.defs(5) - HUSHLOGIN_FILE)
