The "WARNING: Failed to read mirror file" seemed to stop me from using "upgrade-manager -d", but on the other hand "do-release-upgrade -d" seems to work. I still get the warning, though, and I'm running the upgrade right now. With upgrade-manager, it never started to download files after the warning message came.

I'm trying to upgrade from 10.04 LTS to 12.04 LTS. The 12.04.1 release was released today.
