It does not update saying partial upgrade is missing something.
When I started "update manager" it showed that it needs to do partial distribution update and then when it started, it gave an error showing that the update could not be done. I was expecting it to successfully update the distribution. The error was related to ubuntu-desktop update which caused this error (I think).
