Bug Description
Wanting to see which updates were recently installed on my system, I went to System: Administration: Synaptic Package Manager and did File: History. The History window proudly proclaims it displays a "History of installed, upgraded and removed software packages". I was flabbergasted to see it did NOT include the various updates that the Update Manager regularly inflicts upon my system.
The rules lawyers will argue that "updated" is not in the Synaptic History job description. Harrumph. Since the Update manager offers not History of its own, this is completely unacceptable. How am I supposed to get a list of recent changes to my system when something suddenly breaks?
