Bug Description
On one host (from which I'm filing this bug), I upgraded from 10.04 LTS to 10.10. After reboot (so now running 10.10), I couldn't get update-manager (using the gui, as launched from unity) to propose the upgrade to 11.04.
On another host, update-manager showed me the 10.04 --> 10.10 upgrade, I decided to reboot before doing the upgrade. After reboot, update-manager (using the gui, as launched from unity) wouldn't again offer the upgrade.
In both cases, this was solved easily enough by update-manager -h (in terminal) to see that update-manager -p should work. And it did. But surely it is a bug that the dist-upgrade wasn't proposed directly in both cases.
