Bug Description
The "Package operation failed" error message from Update Manager is <tiny>, and non-expandable, making it very difficult to examine what happened. I get "failed" on every update (due to another problem) so this is SUPER annoying as it occurs all of the time, requiring endless clicking to try and get to the pertinent data (the vertical "scroll bar" doesn't scroll either it seems - perhaps because there is no room for a "scrolling" element?).
NOT a security or operation problem, just an annoyance and lack of "polish" issue.
