It cancels the upgrade for oneiric

I've tryed the upgrade 2 times today, with the same error appearing. It seems that this file is missing on the repository as we can see by this test:

Workaround: Download the ISO; print the CD; use it from your installed Ubuntu; When asked, don't allow network communication for latest updates. When finished, reboot and then after login you can go to updates and it will work.

Thanks for your report. The mirror was probably overloaded or having difficulties to sync from the master archive.
Usually time fix it.

I'm closing this report because it is not a bug in update manager even if this failure could be more user friendly (there is a bug already filed to improve it)
