Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and improve Ubuntu. However, to be able to further investigate the problem you have reported, we would need the contents of the folder /var/log/dist-upgrade, so please compress it and attach it to this bug.

this problem is the same as the one described in 873356. Anyway solution provided there works for me too.
