Bug Description
After upgrading and restarting the OS I clicked the little envelope in the upper right corner and selected Chat. Then this message appeared (might be unrelated, before the upgrade I encountered the same error while running the software update). The Chat window did not appear (happens a lot) but the status changed to 'Available'.
