Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu oneiric (development branch)
Release: 11.10

update-manager:
  Installed: 1:0.152.17
  Candidate: 1:0.152.18
  Version table:
     1:0.152.18 0
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ oneiric/main amd64 Packages
 *** 1:0.152.17 0
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Ran update-manager, checked for updates, said I needed to do a partial upgrade. Started the upgrade, packages downloaded but before it could install/configure any of them the window disappeared and I got a report crash dialogue.
