Bug Description
Previously I did complete an upgrade from 11.04 to 11.10, this didn't go well as unity kept failing. Reports were filed for that.
That was last week, Today I tried to do a normal software update and was informed that I had to do a partial upgrade. I agreed and then the update-manager failed and prompted for this to be filed.
