Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

1. Connect to the Internet on a mobile broadband (3G) connection.
2. Launch Update Manager when there are updates available.

What you should see: The secondary text in the alert should include an item with a mobile broadband icon, saying "You may want to wait until you’re not using a mobile broadband connection." <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareUpdates#alert>

[Originally proposed as part of <https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/jaunty-desktop-network-changing> and reported as part of bug 323108.]
