'Ubuntu 11.04 Upgrade Available' must not be displayed when 10.10 is started from a Live CD

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

The information dialog 'Ubuntu 11.04 Upgrade Available' (check-new-release-gtk) must not be displayed when the user runs 10.10 from a Live CD

TEST CASE:
1. Use a 10.10 ISO
2. Boot to a Live Session

Result:
After some time the dialog is displayed and proposes to upgrade to Natty.

Tested and confirmed on my system with a 10.10 ISO. Message pops up after about 30 seconds.

I'd imagine this would require a respin of the ISO for Maverick which seems unlikely.
