update-manager crashed with Depends in _run_in_dialog(): libthreadweaver4 (= 4:4.6.2-0ubuntu4) but 4:4.6.2-0ubuntu3 is installed

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. apport brought me here with the same error: update-manager crashed when I tried to use it to update a broken packaging system. One of the packages has a broken Depends section.

In my case the python-uno package was broken after running the upgrade.
