What I expected to happen
I ran "sudo do-release-upgrade" to upgrade to Ubuntu 10.10, when this brought up an error I decided to run the distribution upgrade from the GUI which brought up the error messege:
"Could not determine the upgrade
An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Error, pkgProblemResol
This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
If none of this applies, then please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in /var/log/
Please also refer to screenshot attached.
After checking the net and not being able to find any help I decided to do this bug report with not knowing what else to do.
What I expect to happen.
I expected it to do what it usually does and run through the process and upgrade Ubuntu from 10.04 to 10.10.
I would like to apologize if this bug report is a little thin, I am sorry, but it's my first one and I'm not sure what else to put.
