Bug Description
the german translation of update-manager is wrong.
it shows:
Datei xyz von 1234 wir mit 123 k/s heruntergeladen.
wir is we, it should be "wird"
Datei xyz von 1234 wird mit 123 k/s heruntergeladen.
also
"Fetching and Installing the upgrades" is not translated, that should be
"Herunterladen und Installieren der Upgrades"
