This was from a edgy->edgy upgrade, correct? Not on a full dapper->edgy upgrade? It sounds like a transient issue with the archive (ie. mirror not fully updated yet or package not yet build), could you please test if it is still a problem?

Yes it's a edgy->edgy upgrade, the problem has been solved
