"synaptic package manager" and "update manager" icons are confusing

Bug Description

The icons for "Synaptic Package Manager" and "Update Manager" might be
confusing for novice users.

The arrows in these icons point in opposite directions, suggesting that they,
somehow signify actions which are also opposite.

I agree. They have also an opposite color.

I think that the icon that is not so clear is the one of the Update Manager. Perhaps a new icon should be designed for it. However I don't have better ideas, sorry.

Well, one is for UPdating apps and the other is for DOWNloading new apps... I believe Synaptic won't be on the Ubuntu 11.10 final CD so this is probably less of a concern.
