dpkg expects capital letters in DistUpgradeViewKde

The code in DistUpgradeViewKde.py is unused as far as I can tell, but it serves as documentation(when RTFM isn't enough it's RTF source code) for other people who need to write similar software(eg. me) so here is a fix for a simple bug I found while reading through it.

When there is a conflicting configuration file the user is prompted to chose how he wants to deal with it, Y for use the new file N for keep the old file...etc. The updater currently passes {y,n} which dpkg ignores because it expects capital letters. The patch corrects this.
