Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
While trying to upgrada to 10.04 from 9.10 an unresolvaable problem ocurrs. It says that the"ubuntu-desktop" is marked for deletion but it is on the blacklisted files to delete.
it happens either on Ubuntu kubuntu and xubuntu.
