Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

if you open update-manager in some situations, it could happen that there are non installable packages (because of dependencies not satisfiable).
If there is at leas 1 installable package, you can highlight all packages (even the non installable) and see the changelog.
If instead there is 0 installable package, everything is grayed out, making the selection impossible.
