Lucid: missing changelog on changelogs.ubuntu.com

(maybe problem is somewhere upload process - but this is not a single package, which is missing changelog on changelogs.ubuntu.com)

I can confirm that this changelog is missing from changelogs.ubuntu.com & also that the changelog is not appearing in update-manager on an up-to-date lucid installation.

This is possibly a regression of bug 40058.

I have changed the package to update-manager as this is not a problem with dpkg & bug 40058 was filed against update-manager.

I have created a "master bug report" (bug 523714) to group all of the information from these bug reports into the one place so that a developer can work on it more easily. As such this is being marked as a duplicate of the master bug report. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug (e.g other packages affected by this issue) should occur in the master report instead of creating a separate report for each affect package.
