update-manager crashed with GError in restore_state() kinda hard time with NVIDIA Legacy Drivers

I'm running a fairly old machine... Athlon XP 2200+, with a pretty lame motherboard... But this Nvidia Legacy driver is giving me a very hard time in Ubuntu... overall
