update-manager crashed with GError in restore_state()

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Had used software center. After shutting it down I tried to open synaptic and I keep getting wrong password and it would not open. Then tried to open update manager and it crashed and would not open. I am running 9.10 fresh install.
