applying changes dialog in update manager cannot be resized

Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
The "applying changes" dialog is where progress of downloads is shown (amongst other things). It cannot be resize by mouse (edges do not show resize cursor) nor by context menu where resize is grayed out.
This is a problem for me because information it displays is truncated. For example I only see the first digit of the download speed and hence have no idea if it is 3 bytes per second or 313 kb per second and hence no idea how long the download will take.

Confirming. The Window is too short and not all informations can take place there. Please make this window bigger or sizeable. The missing Icon in Humanity is reported in another bug...
