Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
It would be nice to fill the waiting time with some useful reading, but at the moment you can only read the changelogs of packages that will be updated, before update is in progress.

Still nothing since 2009-09-02? this is a pretty basic feature, all we need is to allow interaction with the main window but disable buttons, that way a user can review while an update is in progress, can we get any help here?
