Bug Description
If Update Manager is unable to download the description of a change (e.g. there is no network route available when the user clicks on that change), there is no way to subsequently get the description (when the network route is available). Clicking on other changes will download their descriptions but clicking on the change (who's description was not available) does not reattempt to download the description. Closing Update Manager and restarting it does allow the description of change to be viewed.
I discovered this when I started Update Manager with a network connection to an isolated LAN. I swapped to an Internet connected LAN and was able to download other descriptions, not the ones I had already tried.
Thanks for your report.
