Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Upgrading from kubuntu 8.04 to kubuntu 9.04, the Distribution upgrade window reported during "setting new software channels" and error which said: can't install 'kubuntu-kde4-desktop'. The error message explained "it was impossible to install a required package. Please report this as a bug"
