I wanted to upgrade from 8.10 to new release today:

A fatal error occurred

Please report this as a bug and include the files

The error is "OSError: [Errno 12] Cannot allocate memory"
It looks like your system suffers from a memory failure. Is it still an issue ? If so could you please run a memory check. Thanks.
