Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
I upgraded from 8.10 some days ago. But I realized that every time APPORT tries to report a failure or crash, it is unable to do it due to the presence of incompatible packages.
When I run Update manager, it shows a big list of files to install/upgrade, but these files are already installed on my system.
I made a full upgrade (as Update manager requested) some days ago, but even after that upgrade, update manager still instructs me to download a great number of files (228.5 MiB right now).
Thanks in advance
