Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Jaunty upgrade from 8.10. Didn't see " NameError in get_changelog()" in the suggested list so maybe this is a new one. I've noticed that I haven't been getting Jaunty notifications of new updates. I started Update Manager but accidentally started two instances and shut one down. Shortly afterwards I got the apport dialog to submit a bug. Hopefully the attachments will help.
