intrepid->jaunty, openssl-blacklist got removed

Binary package hint: update-manager

I just upgraded intrepid->jaunty, and openssl-blacklist was removed in the cleanup phase.

I don't think this makes sense.

I can confirm openssl-blacklist being removed in the cleanup phase of the upgrade inrepid -> januty. Yet openssl-blacklist exists, and is fully installable, in jaunty.

(openssh-blacklist on the other hand gets to stay.)
