update-manager crashed with GError in restore_state()

Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
in terminal, root user, tried to start update-manager -d, but It just gave me this output, and no program window appered:

It crashes the same with "update-manager" (without the "-d" ) from (su) terminal, but I can start update manager fine from "system- >Update- manager"
also from user terminal (not root) I can start fine with "sudo update-manager"
So it seems that it only affects starting in root user in terminal ..
