Been having alot of package upgrade problems.
Got this while trying to do a Partial Upgrade to fix the problem.

Ripps818, you've already filed bug 274226 about this and you've already received an answer. If you need more information please add comments on the other report. Submitting duplicates creates extra and unnecessary work and we are only a bunch a triagers to deal with new reports. I'm sure you'll understand and thank you for your help to make Ubuntu better.
