Bug Description
This was happening in Hardy and I saw it in Intrepid too. The dialog when you have to make a partial-upgrade or an upgrade does not appear fully localized, even if the string is translated.
I'm attaching a screenshot of what I'm talking about, it's based on the Italian translation. The string tha does not appear in Italian is:
"This download will take about %s with a 1Mbit DSL connection and about %s with a 56k modem"
(by the way, it's missing a point at the end)

Actually, with Jaunty, this is still happening for my language.
