[string-fix] Redundant (?) option with transposed letters in update-manager --help

Why is --dist-uGPrade there, next to -dist-upgrade? Is there a reason?

I personally don't think that this is a bug. Looking at the code, the "dist-uGPrade" option seems to have been deliberately added, possibly to catch a common typo.
