ubuntu hardy update bug in turkish localization

update manager always shows 2 updates available, when i select to install them it installs successfully but then shows the same updates again and again no matter how many times i install them. this bug was also available in ubuntu 7.04. i think it must related to turkish language because when i change the language from turkish to english this problem no more occurs. i also added i screenshot of the files in the update manager.

Just for your information: this bug no more occurs with intrepid ibex release candidate aka 8.10. possibly the reason is because the affected libraries that are mentioned above no more needed in ubuntu 8.10. anyway i am happy finally this is not an issue because i was kind of bored with seeing "2 updates available" false notification since ubuntu 6.06...
